In June 2008, six mini musicals were presented at the Theatre Studio, Esplanade, in conjunction with the Arts Festival. Packed houses enjoyed the evening of sparkling entertainment, music and song. One of these short musicals, Julian Wong’s Singapore Boys, was picked out by theatre company Wild Rice, to be expanded and included in their Singapore Theatre Festival 2008.
